Shipping policy

Customer Pickup:
xTool AU allows you to collect or arrange for your own collection of products you order from the Website from us. You may choose this option on "check out" as well as contacting sales@xtool.au

Shipping Services
Most packages are shipped via Direct Freight, StarTrack, Couriers Please and Australia Post.

When will I receive my shipment?
We ship all packages for orders received within 24-48 hours of receipt of said order (Monday through Friday)  We do not ship on weekends.  All packages placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday morning.

 Packages can take anywhere from take 2 to 5 days or longer for rural or WA deliveries 5 to 10 days.
*Please note that weather issues such as storms, floods fires etc can affect delivery times. 
Such events are out of our control and may effect delivery speed.  Updates on emergency events and delivery delays can be viewed on the carriers website.

How do I track my package?
You will be notified by email through the chosen carrier of xTool AU on every step of the delivery status including pickup, delivery status and delivered status.

Can I cancel my shipment?
Packages cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.  Packages can only be cancelled if a shipping label has not been created yet.
